December 21, 2012<\/td>Registration in the commercial registers of companies owning and operating the TAL crude oil pipeline (Societ\u00e1 Italiana per l\u00b4Oeleodotto Transalpino S.p.a, Transalpine \u00d6lleitung in \u00d6sterreich Ges.m.b.H and Deutsche Transalpine Oelleitung GmbH), means that MERO CR, a.s. has become a co-owner of the TAL crude oil pipeline.
