The Ministry of Finance as the sole shareholder of the company has elected, as of today, as Member of the Board of Directors of MERO CR, Mr. Jaroslav Pantůček. At today´s meeting of the Board of Directors Mr. Jaroslav Pantůček was elected President of the Board of Directors and CEO.
