For the procurement of supplies, services and construction works, MERO ČR, a.s. acts in accordance with Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on the award of public contracts, as amended. Public contracts are published in accordance with this Act on the certified profile of the contracting authority on the website: https://www.tenderarena.cz/profily/Mero
Furthermore, in the sense of Article 2(1)(n) of Act No. 340/2015 Coll., on the register of contracts, MERO ČR, a.s. is obliged to publish contracts and orders, which do not fulfill any of the exceptions from the obligation to publish in the sense of this Act, in the public register of contracts.
With regard to the above, MERO ČR, a.s. hereby notifies its business partners that as of 1 July 2017 all contracts or orders subject to the obligation to publish in the register of contracts must be made exclusively in writing. Contracts or orders to which the obligation to publish in the register of contracts applies shall take effect pursuant to Article 6(1) of the Act on the register of contracts on the day of publication at the earliest.
